IMPORTANT: PACKAGE EXPIRATION POLICY
Lessons must be used within the timeframes below. Unused lessons will be
permanently lost and cannot be refunded or extended:
• 4-Pack (Studio): Expires 6 weeks from purchase.
• 8-Pack (Rehearsal): Expires 10 weeks from purchase.
• 12-Pack (Main Stage): Expires 14 weeks from purchase.
• Non-Transferable: Packages are exclusive to one student and cannot be
shared or transferred to others.
• Booking: Paid upfront via Stripe to secure slots. Non-refundable.
• Notice: Online = 48 hrs. In-person = 72 hrs.
• Late Notice: Lesson is automatically forfeited from your balance.
